Every piece ships from Miami, Florida. Orders are prepared with care within 2 business days.

Complimentary shipping on orders over $150 to the continental U.S. For all other orders, rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

U.S. orders travel with UPS. Puerto Rico orders ship with USPS or UPS, whichever you prefer. International orders travel with DHL; duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

Each piece is shaped by hand, and its delicate nature means all sales are final. Exceptions are reviewed case by case.

We pack every order with great care. If yours arrives damaged, write to info@casaazua.com with your order number and a few photos — we'll sort it out.
